Hilltop
On a sunny Sunday morning in May we brought the Hilltop Essentials collection up to Killiney Hill for a simple shoot, with my daughter as my muse.
The sun was warm and bright, the kind of light that softens everything. We carried a few bags up the winding path, stopping under trees and along the stone wall. She wore the cashmere so naturally, light on her shoulders, the wind catching the fabric, soft and easy. I watched her move through the landscape with grace, and for a moment, time slowed.
There was laughter between photos, bare feet on the grass, and long pauses just to take it all in. I think she almost forgot the camera was on her. The sea shimmered below us, the sky wide and open. I couldn’t have asked for a more meaningful way to share this work; with someone I love, in a place that continually inspires me.
These pieces were made for moments like this. Honest, simple, and grounded in beauty, and lovely to capture my daughter as she emerges into adulthood.
