Agate

I travelled through Nepal some years ago and fell in love with the traditional jewellery the women there wore. The Agate stone features heavily and is strung with coral, bone, jade and turquoise, these stones informed my colour palette.

In Tibetan culture the red colour of coral symbolises life and life force, while the blue colour of turquoise represents water, sky and air.

My 3D textures were out in force and a free-spirited attitude persisted, from grunge-inspired blanket scarves, to elongated striped skirts, and languid textured turtlenecks worn over rib tube skirts.

The aesthetic was stylish and down-to-earth and was all about modern luxury, offering beautiful, textured, well-cut cashmere pieces.
